Cottage Prices and Availability

Bookings may be made for

1. A long weekend = 3 nights commencing Friday, with check out on Monday morning
2. Midweek = 4 nights commencing Monday, with check out on Friday morning
3. Full week = 7 nights commencing either Friday or Monday, with check out the same day the following week

Keys are available from 4.30 pm, We need the cottage to be vacated by 10.00 am to allow time for a full clean and changeover.  (for example - if you are coming away for a long weekend, but can only stay 2 nights, the 3rd day gives you the opportunity to have another full day, and vacate the cottage later on the Sunday)

Prices

1. Cottage daily prices are subject to 3 levels according to season being low, mid and high.        
2. Low season is October to March at a cost of £250 for a weekend or midweek break and £350 for a week long break.
3. Mid season is April, May and September at a cost of £300 for a weekend or midweek break and £450 for a week long break.
4. High season is June, July and August at a cost of £400 for a weekend or midweek break and £550 for a week long break..
5. Exceptions apply to the above seasons, being, Easter weekend , Xmas, New Year, Ludlow Food Festival (usually 2nd weekend in September), Ludlow Medieval Christmas (usually last weekend in November), and half term holidays. Please use the availability calendar to book , or send us an email, and a price will be quoted.
6. The price includes the provision of all bed linen, towels, tea towels. All oil, electricity and water costs, plus an initial supply of logs and kindling.
7. Dogs are allowed at the cottage at a cost of £15 per pet, we only ask that you do not allow dogs in the bedrooms.
